Welcome to YunoBase (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a platform operated by YunoBase PLTD, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YunoBase website and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using YunoBase, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Our mission is to provide creators, artists, and online entrepreneurs with the tools to launch and manage their digital presence — including content publishing, product sales, VIP memberships, bookings, and more — all from a single dashboard.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including:

• Creators who set up profiles and publish or monetize content, and
• Fans or visitors who view, purchase, or interact with creator content.

By accessing or using YunoBase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you are using YunoBase on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version on the Platform or through other communications. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

To access certain features of YunoBase, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to impersonate another person, use a username you are not authorized to use, or create multiple accounts for the same purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe may pose a security or legal risk.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, share, or publish through your account. If your account is compromised, notify us immediately at support@yunobase.com.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish on YunoBase, including text, images, videos, music, products, and other materials (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership over your content.

However, by uploading or publishing content on the Platform, you grant YunoBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform, including marketing features like discovery pages, feeds, or recommendations.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and license the content you share, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

We aim to keep YunoBase accessible and operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or legal compliance.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the community or platform.

We also reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Platform at our discretion. When possible, we will notify users in advance of major changes.

Certain features and services on YunoBase may require payment, such as Early Bird subscriptions, premium plans, or content purchases. All pricing will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

For Early Bird users, payments may be processed through PayPal. These are legacy transactions used to support early development and legal setup of YunoBase PLTD. These payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

After launch, all creator monetization and purchases will be processed via Stripe. Creators must connect a valid Stripe account to receive earnings in supported countries.

In countries where Stripe is not supported, YunoBase may facilitate payouts through Payoneer, subject to compliance and account verification.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges associated with payments or earnings through the Platform. We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payouts if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or legal restrictions are detected.

YunoBase offers a referral program to reward community growth. If you refer two new users who successfully subscribe to a paid plan, you will receive one free month of YunoBase Pro. Referral tracking is automated, and rewards will be applied once eligibility is confirmed. Abuse of the referral system may result in disqualification or account suspension.

In addition, creators may monetize their content through affiliate marketing. This includes promoting:

• ClickBank affiliate products provided by YunoBase
• External affiliate products added by the creator
• Physical or digital products sold directly or via affiliate links

You are responsible for complying with local advertising and affiliate disclosure laws when sharing or promoting affiliate content. All affiliate content must be truthful, not misleading, and must not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use YunoBase for any unlawful or harmful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
• Promoting violence, terrorism, or discrimination of any kind
• Spamming, phishing, or attempting to deceive users
• Infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Using automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies to misuse the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting illegal activity to the authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YunoBase PLTD and its directors, employees, partners, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall YunoBase’s total liability for all claims related to the Platform exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YunoBase at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the community or platform.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support or using the available account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and we may delete any associated content or data, subject to our legal obligations.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the effective date. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, Platform features, business practices, or other operational needs. When updates occur, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

In cases of material changes, we will notify users through in-app notices, emails, or other appropriate means. Continued use of YunoBase after any updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
